MTF ships with Canada Post for Canadian orders & UPS for US orders.
Please note for US orders that Made to Flourish isn’t responsible for duty costs and custom taxes that may occur when you receive your order.

Is the shipping fee included in the price? No, all prices on the website exclude shipping fees. Shipping fees will be added at check out depending on your location.

My package is missing/stolen after they have been marked delivered. We are NOT responsible for packages after they have been marked delivered. If your package is missing after being marked delivered, contact the courier & file a claim using your tracking number. We offer expedited (includes signature service) and standard signature confirmation shipping options to ensure the safety of your package for an additional fee. We also offer package insurance. You assume full responsibility for your package after it is marked delivered. We highly recommend purchasing signature confirmation and/or shipping insurance if you reside in an area with a high incidence of stolen packages.

My package was delivered to the wrong address, what can I do? If your package was mailed to the wrong address at no fault of our own, we accept zero liability & will not refund. If it is returned to sender, we can ship it back out if you provide the accurate address & pay a $20 reshipment fee. If you opt not to have your package reshipped, you will not receive a refund. Please make sure to TRIPLE check the address before placing your order.

Made to Flourish (hereinafter referred to as “MTF”) offer our customers 5 calendar days upon receiving their MTF extensions an Exchange of equal value or MTF Credit for the total dollar amount of the product minus shipping and handling under the following conditions:

(1) The extensions must be returned in the original packaging in a condition deemed fit by MTF.
(2) MTF reserves the right to refuse to Exchange and/or offer a MTF Credit for all products that are returned outside of the above stipulated calendar day policy above.
(3) MTF reserves the right to refuse to Exchange and/or offer a MTF Credit for all products that are returned altered in any way including but not limited to the following:

• Visibly Worn
• Cut and/or Trimmed
• Colored

It is at the sole discretion of MTF to refuse to Exchange and/or offer a MTF Credit in the event that the product is returned with the original ties removed, damaged or altered in any way.

The above policy is only applicable to Extensions sold by MTF. All wigs and Made to Flourish products are FINAL sale and are not subject to the above policy. No Refunds, Exchanges or MTF Credit(s) will be provided on our units and products.
